AGL control boards cover replacements and upgrades. The Mach 1 inverter board learns the best speed, force and ramps for each gate and is set up from the app over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Smart Encoder inverter board stores 768 remote buttons, accepts learning-code and rolling-code remotes, and works with AGL and other operators. Flex, Light and CCMD boards cover standard operators.
Photocells and lights.
- Photoelectric barrier: dual-beam, covers openings up to 15 m, with anti-tamper.
- Simplify photocell: reflective version wired from one side only, range up to 8 m.
- Vision LED signal light: yellow and red LEDs with a buzzer and a day/night sensor.
Racks and mounts.
- Gear rack: module 4, plastic or aluminium for homes, nylon or aluminium for industrial gates; also fits other brands' module 4 gears.
- Floor base and aerial support: the floor base adjusts from 90 to 130 mm; the aerial support lifts the motor clear of floodwater.

Do AGL boards work with other brands' motors?
Several do: the Smart Encoder, Flex, Light and CCMD boards are made to drive AGL and other single-phase operators. Send us the motor model to confirm.
Will an AGL gear rack fit my gate motor?
AGL racks are module 4, the common size for sliding gate operators, so they fit any motor with a module 4 pinion.
How do I order the right part?
Send the AGL code if you have it, or the motor name and a photo, on WhatsApp. Dealers and installers can order at trade prices through the Trade centre.
